To Cancel Appointment

If you are canceling your appointment, please note that all regular appointments require a 2 hour advanced notice and preventative exams or procedures require a 24 hour notice. Office visits not canceled within the appropriate amount of time will result in a no show fee. $20 for regular appointments and $40 for preventative exams or procedures.
