

Dr. Anthony (Tony) Yee Young received his doctoral medical degree from Dalhousie University Medical School in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He practiced family medicine in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada for five years. Dr. Yee Young also served as the Director of Emergency Room Services at The Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in New Brunswick, Canada, prior to his move to Houston, Texas. He also served as chairman of the Family Practice Department at Houston’s Northwest Medical Center where he has admitting privileges.
Dr. Yee Young is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice and has been practicing in the 1960/Red Oak area for 25 years. Dr. Yee Young’s special interests are in preventive care, particularly as it relates to heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and women’s issues.
