Dr. Rumana Hoque
Dr. Rumana Hoque was born and raised in Bangladesh, where she attended and graduated from Sir Salimullah Medical College. She completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Family Medicine. Dr. Hoque is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and an active member of American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Hoque sees patients from ages two and up and performs annual physical, well woman exams, well child exams, sports/school physicals. She also treats chronic medical condition like Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, Thyroid diseases and acute common illnesses. Dr. Hoque has special interest in preventive medicine and Women’s Health. She is fluent in English, Bengali, Urdu and Hindi. She likes to spend her free time with her family, reading books and cooking.
